With this in mind we avoid the 'doctor-patient' approach to consultation as far as possible. We would visit your facilities, meet and interview your staff, brainstorm with your managers and work with you to arrive at a plan that will move your people and your organization ever closer to the goals you have set. As an Interventions Client you have access to all of our teambuilding products, training packages and adventure activities should you want them in the final intervention plan. Specifically designed activities and adventure trips can also be designed to compliment the process and we have various, respected keynote and motivational speakers who could be built into the proposed intervention.
