We are all aware that the war for talent is becoming fiercer as good people seem to become scarcer. However there is plenty of potential sitting, unharnessed, in your organization already. Businesses can no longer afford to get less than full potential out of their employees and promoting the wrong people is equally costly (and very hard to undo).

Give us your potential leaders. We'll give them all leadership training. We will then put them through their paces on a custom designed course, recreating the challenges they will face in the positions you have in mind. We will observe and interview them, at work and during the course, and then give you our recommendations for who can be trusted with more responsibility, along with feedback on what specific abilities, character traits and aptitudes we have seen in them. All of your people will leave with a greater understanding of leadership and team work but you will also have our trusted insight. Telling you who to prepare for greater things, and how best to prepare them.
