We are an outdoor education company that aims to help people of all ages become the best version of themselves. Our carefully thought-out activities provide safe opportunities to encourage people to step out of their comfort zone and overcome some of their fears.

Spirit of Adventure has been going on for almost 30 years. The present management, under the experienced and passionate leadership of Nathan Bam, has been involved for the past 9 years. In that time, we have expanded our repertoire and offer a variety of different camp experiences and activities at three different venues. These venues include Roselands, situated on a working farm outside Richmond, Tala at Tala Game Reserve and Shongweni at Shongweni Nature Reserve. We also tailor-make hikes and leadership camps in the Umkomaas Valley and the Southern Berg. We have a well-trained, carefully vetted staff.

Our clients are primarily schools offering packages from Grade 2 up to matric. We also have a number of tertiary institutions who use us as well as corporations who have teambuilding and corporate functions at our
sites. All courses run by Spirit of Adventure are age-specific, professional and fun, ensuring that we give our best to each and every client. We are not just a school camp provider; we are architects of personal growth, providing an environment where young minds can flourish and discover their true potential. We are dedicated to providing engaging, unforgettable experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
